Faucet Warranty
Galim Bath is the proud producer of fine quality items that adheres to the highest standards of durability and craftsmanship. This warranty is granted to the original purchaser only for personal household use, located in its original position. This warranty may not be transferred to another purchaser or item. Galim Bath warrants the construction and finish of the product to have no deficiencies in material and workmanship based on routine use for the 5 year limited warranty of the product. The warranty is valid from the initial date of purchase- acquired by the user or trade professional of the product-through the 5 year term on the same date. It must be purchased from an authorized Galim Bath sale representative. Galim Bath warrants the mechanical component (cartridge,aerator) of the product to have no deficiencies in material under normal usage for the duration of five (5) years and further lifetime support with an additional charge. The warranty is valid from the initial date of purchaseacquired by the user or trade professional of the product-through the 5 year term on the same date. It must be purchased from an authorized Galim Bath sale representative. Any product reported within the warranty period to an authorized seller of Galim Bath as being damaged or deficient will be repaired or replaced-according to Galim Bath’s judgment- with a product of equal value. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser or end-user only, and may not be transferred to a subsequent owner.
Restrictions:
The issued warranty does not cover obsolete, discontinued, or display products. This includes items that are purchased at discount outlets, unauthorized dealers, and/or sold on clearance. This warranty does not cover instances of negligence, misuse, abuse, improper installation, carelessness, accident, hard water or mineral deposits, exposure to corrosive materials, misapplication, damages caused by improper maintenance, alteration of the product, or failure to follow care or installation instructions enclosed with your product. Avoid using abrasive cleaners such as powders, bleach, ammonia, alcohol, or chlorine. Avoid using abrasive pads, steel wool, or wire brushes, as these will damage and wear down the finish. Exceptions to the warranty include products that have not been installed or operated in accordance with instructions supplied by Galim Bath and all applicable rules, regulations, and legislation pertaining to such installations. This warranty applies only to Galim Bath products that have been installed by a fully insured and licensed trade professional.Galim Bath suggests professionals who have experience in both bathroom and kitchen faucets. Labor charge, reinstallation, and costs of removal are not covered by this warranty. Recovery of accidental or consequential damages, such as loss of use, delay, property damage, or other consequential damages are not covered by this warranty. Galim Bath accepts no liability for such damages. This warranty does not cover Marine or Outdoor Installation. Galim Bath makes warranties only as implied and expressed above. This included warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, or compliance with any code.
Commercial Warranty:
A (1) year warranty is granted by Galim Bath to purchasers of products for industrial, commercial, and business use. Excluded are incidental or consequential damages. No expressed or implied warranties are provided including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Kitchen sink warranty:
This product has been manufactured and inspected to the highest possible quality standards. Galim Bath sink products carry a 5 year limited warranty on quality of cartridge and finish with lifetime support for issues with parts, which may include a shipping fee. For any defects observed within the warranty period, repair and/or replacement of the product will be provided with the following conditions:
Accessories warranty:
As a result of supreme craftsmanship and quality parts, Galim Bath provides its customers with an extensive warranty on its products.
Mechanical warranty:
A limited 1-year warranty is provided on all mechanical parts to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for as long as the original purchaser owns their home.
Finish warranty:
A 1-year warranty is provided on all Galim Bath accessories to the original purchaser against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. According to its decision on the matter, Galim Bath will repair and/or replace any part or finish that proves to be defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use and service. This warranty is extended to the original consumer owner, but does not cover installation or any other labor charges. In no event shall Galim Bath be liable for any incidental, consequential or special damages, installation cost, labor, travel time, freight costs incurred, lost profits, or contingent liabilities.
